The R&D Center of Shandong Nuoer Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in 2011, focusing on the development and application of new polyacrylamide (PAM) and superabsorbent resin (SAP) products. It currently consists of four departments: the PAM Research Department, Oilfield Product Testing Department, SAP Research Department, and SAP Application Innovation Center. The center has more than 40 R&D personnel, including 3 Ph.D.s, 5 master's degree holders, and over 30 bachelor's degree holders. The company has also appointed 5 renowned domestic and international experts as technical advisors, and collaborates with top-tier universities such as Tsinghua University, Central South University, Southwest Petroleum University, Shandong University, China University of Petroleum (East China), Northeast Petroleum University, and Qingdao University of Science and Technology, forming a large-scale scientific research team structured around experts and professional technical talents. In addition, leveraging multi-level innovation platforms such as the Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, the "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D Center, and the Dongying Municipal Key Laboratory of Functional Polymeric Materials, the company adopts a deeply integrated "industry-academia-research-application" innovation model.
